Delicious harvest

I loved the pea shoots and so did my canaries and chickens! I found the entire tray of one microgreen is too much for me so I start them a day apart and only a third of the tray. Works wonderfully. I like the set up too. Perhaps one could buy smaller trays and covers?

Growing pea shoots

Easy to sow. Taste amazing Not sure many will get as far as the kitchen... whenever I’m in the greenhouse to water young plants I nibble at the pea shoots. They’re disappearing fast!
